FirstFlight is a competitive trampoline club, based at Valley Leisure Centre in Folkestone. Members train on a choice of national competition quality trampolines a number of times a week. Training sessions usually run for 2 hours each.
FirstFlight are lucky to have 4 very talented coaches (as well as a hand-full of assistant coaches) and a good team of experienced judges (although more are always needed!), who help the club run so successfully.
